Best pre-work I’ve had in the past decade
Nearly 8years ago Hyde pre-workout was (IMO) absolutely top tier! Then… they absolutely gutted their formula! Now it’s bottom tier and overpriced. Ever since I’ve been looking for a replacement… After 3 purchases, now Redcon1 Total War is my new go-to!This is a fairly intense formula, with higher than avarage beta-alinine and caffeine content. I get heavy tingles, massive stamina gain, and a very well paced flow of energy for at least a couple hours. Its potent, practical, No bs or cheesy gimmick ingredients.”Cali Splash” flavor is pretty flat, but good enough (and still better than most brands). Watermelon was supringly good though! It’s always mixed smooth, and hasn’t affected my stomach like other brands I’ve tried. I do useLittle tip… if you’re not picky there’s always a flavor selling cheaper. Got this 1 for 22$usd for 30servings.

I’ve been using REDCON1 Total War Pre-Workout for the 5 years of my life, maybe its routine, maybe its the taste, overall, this has been one of the best jitter free, no crash pre-workouts i’ve ever taken.Flavor:The Blue Raspberry flavor is a winner. I’ve been a user of this, and the Blueberry Lemon flavor for a majority of my purchases. While there is a faint chemical flavoring to the pre-workout, its very tolerable to drink.Mixability:Mixing is straightforward. I use a standard shaker bottle, and the powder dissolves completely without any issues. I haven’t had any issues with mixing. The pre-workout mixes well without a mixer ball as well.Positive/Effects:I experience a noticeable increase in energy and stamina, and there’s no crash afterward, which is great. However, the effects can be a bit intense for those sensitive to stimulants, be careful, start with smaller scoops to assess your tolerance. This has been one of the easiest pre-workouts on my stomach as well. Does not cause any GI Distress.Overall, i’d recommend Total War to any beginner/intermediate gym go-er. Simply due to the taste, effects, and cheap cost of the product.

Do not buy from ‘LSA ONLINE DEALS!’ if you want clumpy preworkout powder.
I recently purchased the REDCON1 Total War Pre Workout from LSA ONLINE DEALS! on Amazon, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. As someone who regularly uses pre-workout supplements, I was eager to try this highly recommended product. However, the moment I opened the container, I realized something was terribly wrong.The powder inside was clumpy and had an odd texture, suggesting it had been exposed to moisture. This immediately raised concerns about the product’s quality and safety. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I was hit with a strong, unpleasant odor as soon as I opened the lid. The fumes were overpowering and filled the room, making me question whether this product was even safe to consume.Despite my reservations, I attempted to mix the powder, but it didn’t dissolve properly. The clumps remained, leaving me with a gritty and unpalatable drink. This was unlike any other pre-workout I’ve used before, and it was clear that something was seriously wrong with this batch.Hoping to resolve the issue, I contacted LSA ONLINE DEALS! to express my concerns and request a refund or replacement. Unfortunately, my efforts were met with silence. Good budget pre but low stim/tingle
This pre is alright, for what it is. It’s not the highest stim or the best quality powder, but it’s the best for its price point. I’ve found that it mixes well with other powder supplements (creatine monohydrate, fiber, etc.), if a little chalky in texture.The flavor -when mixed to the right concentration at 3:1 pre to creatine w/ 8-10 oz of water- is nice, like a grainy orange Fanta or Jarrito. Be careful not to over-dilute it, as it becomes much less palatable and more like a bottle of surface cleaner.Personally, I don’t find it very effective, but that’s probably due to a high tolerance. If you frequently take caffeine, this is not for you. I find it to be more like to a coffee buzz than any sort of tingle or edge.Probably the main highlight is the increased blood flow, meaning better pumps. It takes right around 30 minutes to kick in (as advertised), but works well as far as circulation is concerned.I’d say that it’s a good first pre-workout for anyone caffeine sensitive or looking for a budget option.

Love this brand
Love this product for working out. The flavor is delicious and I don’t always use the full scoop depending on with I have to do the next day and when I do go do my workout but I definitely do feel the product when I do go to do my workout and it gives me that good amount of energy that I need and even if I do take it like let’s say after 3:00 p.m. and I’m and insomniac and always worry about not being able to sleep but funny thing is is I still end up getting able to go to sleep even though I take it so it gives me that energy for the workout but does not keep me from sleeping at night which is great. I have tried other brands that do not give you that tingle workout feeling like this does so the effectiveness of this is excellent I do like the focus the strength and the quality of this product. I find good deals on it so I do have the value of the money if you find a good deal on it. So it didn’t last me so I absolutely recommend it

Excellent product!
I typically use another pre-workout however this brand is my “tolerance breaker”. As you know, when you use a pre-workout for a significant amount of time you develop a tolerance. This is my “break” supplement when I feel like my usual is starting to hit with less intensity. Don’t let the price tag fool you, this pre-workout is top notch and I would put it up with the best of them. High stim, skin crawlers, excellent results. Give this one a try, for the price point it’s pretty hard to beat!Ex: I usually use Bucked Up products and this one stands shoulder to shoulder with that…..seriously!

Product works but terrible taste
The product itself gets the job done, it’s also a job to get it down as the taste in my opinion is nasty, product didnt give me any jitters or the feeling of having to itch my whole body all and all as long as you can get through the taste and after taste you should be good and I recommend it. Lastly it says serving size is 30 but you get more than that.

Great pre workout
Tried two flavors, really like the blue lemonade and don’t mind the strawberry mango. I’ve been told to stay away from the candy flavors, as they don’t taste the best but I haven’t tried them personally. Pump and stim are great and price is even better!

Strong Kick, Great Focus, But Not for the Caffeine-Sensitive
This pre-workout definitely delivers. The energy hits fast and lasts through even long, intense workouts—no sluggish starts or mid-set crashes. I felt more focused and dialed in, and the pumps were noticeably better thanks to the Citrulline. The Blue Raspberry flavor is decent—not amazing, but not too artificial or overly sweet.Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is the 320mg of caffeine might be too much for some people, especially if you work out later in the day. I’d recommend starting with half a scoop if you’re sensitive. Overall, though, it’s a powerful, effective pre-workout that does what it promises.

Gets you over that bump
Works great, does have a bit of that itchy feeling. I usually take it on my way to the gym. Kicks in 30 min into my work out. I have noticed when I dont take it I loose motivation quickly. It helps keep me going. Easily hit hour n half to 2 hour work outs.
